LEAD REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Returning leads has never been easier!
Our Lead Replacement Policy insures that you will never have to pay for a bad lead again. Our return policy is very simple. If you have a lead that meets the following criteria, you may return it for a replacement lead at no additional charge within 5 business days of delivery.
The lead is a duplicate or an immediate family member at the same address within 30 days.
The telephone number provided is not valid, or is a fax.
The lead is a fictitious person, or an agent or broker.
The lead is a minor, is incompetent, or otherwise unable to enter into a valid contract.
A mortgage lead is for raw land, mobile home, or commercial property.
The lead does not conform to the criteria outlined in the Insertion Order.
Your account representative will review with you in more detail our specific procedures for returning leads for replacement. Our Quality Assurance team will administrate this process for you. Our goal is always to EXCEED your expectations in customer service responsiveness!
